What types of payment can be made through Bizappay?

Currently, Bizappay only allows online banking payment through FPX Payment Gateway. This includes a total of 26 Malaysian banks. Through FPX Payment, users will receive the settlement on the next business day (T+1).

As of August 2021, Bizappay users may apply for the direct settlement feature. With this feature, users may enable card credit payment as well as online banking payment. Both of these methods are made available through FPX Payment Gateway in Maybank. There are few criterias that users must have to be eligible for this service. Please contact us at contact@bizappay.my addressing the matter as Direct Settlement Application. Our team will assist you on the application.

Can I change my account type after registration and verification?

We understand that you may want to change your account types. Maybe you initially started an Individual account but later wish to change to an Organisation account after registering your company or organisation. Or maybe you started an Organisation account but wishes to change to an Individual account.

Don’t worry, mail to contact@bizappay.my and refer your mail as Change Account Type. State your enquiries with reasons and provide the documents necessary. We may call you for validation and clarification and should return your request within 5-10 business days….

What is settlement?

Settlement is the transfer of collections made through Bizappay (deducting RM1.00 for each transaction fee) to the user’s or merchant’s account. Settlement will be made upon next business day (T+1) for all current Bizappay users.

Only users that have applied for direct settlement and gained approval from our acquired bank will not fall for any settlement schedule and are able to receive direct payment to their account. Please contact us at contact@bizappay.my addressing the matter as Direct Settlement Application….
