Login to the system and navigate to Setting. You will first see your User Profile. Here are the details of your account. For unverified users, you will see your Account Status as Not Verified and will be prompted to verify your account.  

Click the button to verify your account in the prompt message. Follow the instructions and provide the details and documentation required. The steps are as follows.

1. Insert your phone number for OTP verification.

2. Enter the OTP number.

3. Select type of account.

4. Fill in bank information for settlement transfer.

5. Fill in address information.

6. Save the information and move to the next stage.

7. Upload the identification document. 

     (a). Individual user: a copy of the front and back of your identification card

     (b). Organisation user: a copy of your Business or Organisation registration certification

8. Upload the bank document where the following details must be visible:

     (a). Name of the account holder

     (b). Address of account holder

     (c). Bank

     (d). Account number

Check everything and submit the application for verification. You should receive an update on your verification status within 3-5 business days. See I cannot get verified if you have submitted an application but have not received an update on your verification status.
